The storytime volunteer welcomes families as they arrive, guides caregivers to park strollers in designated spaces, and keeps count of how many people attend the program. If we reach capacity, the volunteer explains to families their options if storytime is full. The volunteer will make sure that the storytime program does not go over the maximum capacity for attendance.

The volunteer helps pass out materials during storytime and helps to clean up after each program. This is a weekly program, so volunteers are encouraged to sign up for multiple weeks.
